end goal mastery for each movement type

i am just starting on F1, and will be testing my starting level for each movement type this week. my understanding is that one can "test out" of any of the movement progressions for which one can perform the respective movement per the defined level of mastery for that movement.

my question is, without divulging imprtant programming info from the later F2,F3, F4 series, what is the eventual level of mastery for each of the seven movements? for example, the SLS block is progressing towards a SLS or pistol. what is the ultimate mastery goal in terms of reps and/or duration for the SLS? and for each of the other six?

While I know that i defintely will be starting somewhere near the bottom of each progression, some of the movements i am already fairly strong at, eg. the rope climb, i can do multiple ascents in straddle position?

another questions i have is, do you always perform the corresponding mobility movement4 for each strength movement? that is, what if i'm testing SLS and can perform the SLS/PE4 at mastery level, but am extremely challenged by SLS/PE3>im? To "test out of" a given level, is it a requirement to perfom both the strength progression movement and the iM of each level? or can one perform a higher rung strengh with a lower rung mobility?

thanks.

5 sets of whatever the mastery time, or reps, is.

It is recommended that you not test out until you can complete both the iM AND the PE or SE paired exercises. Sometimes this means spending time on mobility while running weeks 9-12 several times for the strength work.

End goal mastery is not necessarily the basic form of the movement. For example, it has been confirmed that the final exercise of F4 is not pistols.

I would guess that the end goal for rope climbs is cirques.

Also note that being strong in one area is no guarantee that you will be able to master the prerequisites.
