During HBP pe3 can i alternate between each set finger to the side and back?
Set one finger side
Set two finger back
Set one finger side
And so on

Do not rotate the hands further than 90 degrees from the body at this point.
Because of my wrists I have to turn out about 45-90 that is fine right? I am guessing fingers back will come in a later progression

Just not past 90 at this time and all is good.
