I can complete the mastery for FL/PE1 on the first try with good form and tempo, does that mean i can just move on to PE2 on the next workout? and how about the iM in PE1, cause i realized that all the iMs in the different PE progressions are very different from each, so should i just move on to PE2 and not do the iM in PE1 anymore and just work on the iM in PE2?

Questions on advancing to the next PE earlier

Hi Andrew,
When you are able to perform the mastery requirements for PE1 and PE1>iM together, with no additional rest and correct form/ROM/tempo - you are ready to move onto the next exercise. If you already possess the required mobility, you don't need to work on it further, asides from maybe including it in your warm-up.
You can also consider Weeks 3 and 7 to be 'mini-mastery' for identifying the need to repeat four-week blocks within an exercise, or choosing a starting point within a new exercise. This would only apply to the PE, not the iM, as that only needs to reach required mastery to move to a new exercise at Week 11.
NB: When moving up through the exercises in this way you should always ensure that your deload weeks align for all F1 and H1 exercises.
Edit: to more clearly answer your question, each PE and its paired iM should always be performed (and assessed for mastery) together.
