Was wondering how is the 2 types of workout split in that way, as in one day is (FL,sPL, HBP, RC) and the other is (MN, SL, SLS), cause both are using similar type of muscle group, maybe im thinking too much like a bodybuilder? be nice to get some explaination ![]()

Why is the 2 workouts split in that way

The beginning work is not super strenuous on the tissues, and the movements diverge considerably as time goes on. The programming is also designed to keep you from overtraining, which is why training on the 4 day schedule will not be too much. You can do all 7 exercises together 3x per week, but that is a very long workout.
Bodybuilders like to destroy each muscle group when they work them, but that's not the way to become better at what you do.
What we do here is gain strength and skill together, which requires more frequent exercise and movement.
You will probably want to start off with the 4 day template.
I can attest to that. I just tried the F7 (all seven Foundation exercises in one session) the other day and it killed me. When your only rest is mobiltiy, and even some of the mobility exercises are taxing, you go nearly nonstop. Granted, my endurance is shot these days. I'm going back to the 4-day split to make sure I can maintain good form throughout. Exhaustion caused me to falter a bit.
