Quick question as to what constitutes a repetition of a hollow-body rock

Hey all, new to posting but been lurking for awhile now.

Quick question:

With respect to the workouts like foundations, BtGB, k70, etc., what constitutes one 'rep' of a hollow body rock?  Each time you rock back'n'forth = 1?  Or every rock back = 1, and every rock forward = 1.

In other words, is a repetition each time one rocks towards the toes?  Or are both the rocks toward the hands and the rocks towards the toes counted as separate reps.

Thank you in advance for the help!

Dreamer. :)

Every time the toes rock forward is one rep.

I'm lifting this topic up because I have a similar problem. What is counted as a repetition in the cossack squat? It says that you have to stand up fully between repetitions so according to that it would be logical that squat to each side is a repetion. But I think it would be weird to do for example only three repetions as guided in the progression chart (week 1) because legs would be unequally trained. I've got the same issue with the straddle running man mobility exercise. Is extension with one leg one repetion or only a half? Could someone just give me an answer so that I could do things "right".  :)
