I originally posted this on the old site and it seems the attachment got deleted. I believe it is still relevant for H1.

 

Here it is again. It consists of a collection of Coach's Topic Starters, Posts and Replies found on the previous site, gathered together and presented in an easy readers digest version. Easily printable.

very nice.  that trick about the head angle is something that i was missing.
