Kamali Downey Posted January 8, 2009 Share Posted January 8, 2009 Coach,do gymnasts do any sort of direct rotator cuff strengthening or pre-hab type work at all?I didn't see any in the 1st book (love the book and videos btw) and most of the exercises seem to target the internal rotators (pecs, lats)(I imagine if it was addressed, it would be in forthcoming Liquid Steel™) ??Anyways, I was just wondering if your athletes do any kind of external rotation work at all and wondered what type of body weight exercises would directly target the rotator cuffThanks Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
