lookin' good, if thats the farthest you can go in Hollow, just remember to keep moving it out as you get stronger. ![]()
maybe if you load the wrists a little more and move yourself through the wrists, you can do that by walking out the feet a little more backwards and creating a hollow with your body, shoulder angle is not a focus on this PE, only in the body line drills.
how do you feel in your current position? do you feel you need to be there because the hollow is harder or was it to focus on open shoulders?
Other than the above comments about the Long Hollow position, which is currently piked. There is a slight problem with the rhythm.
You always put your right hand back down first. It should alternate so the hand that lifts first also goes down first.

@ keil: actually I didn't know how to form a hollow in a forward leaning position at that moment.

and here is this adjustment on the body position. The rhythm is still crappy in the video, but I got it down right now.
