Question on repetitions in Foundation One

Certain mobility exercises in the foundation series, such as the stiff leg windmill, seem to work the a different side of the body, depending on which side you start with.  For example, the athlete in the video for the stiff leg windmill holds the weight about his right shoulder throughout the exercise.  My question is should you do 5 repititions on each side (5 holding the weight with the right hand and 5 more holding the weight with the left hand) or should you just switch arms each set?

thanks for your help!

Yes :)

Do 5 holding in the right hand, then 5 holding in the left hand. That's one set of windmills.

That's what I thought.  Thanks - it is really interesting that some of these mobility exercises are harder for me than the main exercises!

Well, coach Sommer mentioned number of times here that from his experience working with entusiast adults their mobility is usually poor or very poor :).
