How to?

So I've just received my rings in the mail, and I'm wondering how should I go about hanging the rings from a beam in the ceiling via the cam buckles.

excellent question. i sometimes get a little lost in translation, so i don't exactly know its called in english (spanish fail), so why don't you go to a hardware store or home depot, explain your set up and have a professional help you with their options of gadgets for hanging stuff from a beam? 

 

I keep trying to bring up the name in my head and it hasn't hit me yet. hardware store employee will definitely know what it is though

If it's exposed and smooth, I would just throw the straps over it.  If it's a rougher surface sometimes people throw a towel over it.

Go to your hardware store and get a hook like in the pictures
