Handstand One if NOT doing F1

I'm wondering if H1 works well on it's own or with other programming, or if it's expected to get the most out of it by pairing with F1.

The scheduling seems to suggest it can be done in isolation or with F1.

Would it work as part of the warmup for a barbell routine?

It's not a comprehensive fitness routine, so if you're out of shape and doing no other exercise, it's likely that your progress will stall.

I see no reason why it wouldn't work fine as a warmup for barbell routines. But note that if you were planning on doing any trapezius related work, H1 is likely to leave them pretty fatigued, especially in the later parts of the course.

Of course.  That is why the HS Only scheduling options were included.
