hi to everyone, first of all, the material of found ONE is just fantastic, and i think nobody provided a material so complete around the Gymnastic Strength Training™ so, thanks to coach.

since the seminar of Helsinki in finland (was one of the first seminar with the new structured schedule) i got the opportunity to get a sort of evaluation of my level. so for some elements coach put me in a certain level. i'll make some examples. i won't say the name of some exercises IM and sPE in respect of the material that was released

for rc i passed the 60 chin hold and the wide grip L pullup. so now i moved to rc as i did to the seminar.

for planche i did a open tuck planche so i moved to the next version.

for hbc coach asked to me to test some roll to hs and i did that.

actually i'm using the level 1 as a warm up both im and sPE (this is not valid for some mobility element in sls for my right knee problems and planche mobility).

also i'm using some exercises that are not included over the found one but in Btgb.

what is the best thing to do in that case?

i've completed a great part of the btgb progressions as hspu, dips, rows, pullup, bl,cpp, str body elements, hbc, cpp etc.

do i have to step back into found one?

how can integrate my training with this new protocol?

my current training is something like bent arm day, st arm day, shoulders day, rings day

sure for me is not a problems step back!!!

thanks to all

My understanding is that you should maintain your strength with the minimum volume that you need to do so, and spend most of your effort filling in whatever Foundation elements are lacking.

If you're good with the strength, but the mobility isn't there, you should probably work the paired PE and iM movements as the main part of your workouts. You may just need to move through the iM elements while just maintaining your strength, if you pass all the mastery requirements for the preparatory elements leading up to your current exercises.

If you own F1, let me know because this should probably belong in the Level 1 forum, but there's nothing specific here so perhaps there will be no need to move this thread just yet.

Not an official statement, but, do the mobility in F1, and from your notes. Make sure to fill in any gaps there first.

Maintain your current level of strength. Since you are already on the upper end of the Foundation Course on many if not all elements, the mobility will be your biggest challenge. It may take you a few weeks after the full series is out to test your way through. Most likely the best way to start is use F1 for a warm up, as Slizz suggests. Then work what strength you have been, but without attempting to go forward until you've tested through the Course on both strength and mobility.

In your case, depending on where and what mobility holes you find, it may be better to pair that with strength elements that are a little further down in the series. Coach did say in the seminar that for some this can happen. Just be smart, and be diligent with the mobility.

The rest of the Foundation Course will be out soon, work through that mobility, again maintaining strength. Until then the mobility in F1 is excellent as is and worth spending time on.
