Do we scale the Mobility elements according to the mastery charts as we do with the strength exercises? I'm guessing not, but then again some of the later SLS IMs in particular require mobility AND strength...

Are Mobility Elements Scaled?

You should be doing a number of mobility sets equal to the number of strength sets. So in a way they are scaled.
The strength required for the mobility elements is significantly less than for the strength elements. If you're at the level where you've mastered the preceding strength elements, you should be able to do the mobility without an issue.
Nope ![]()
There is an increase in intensity in the main element, and the mobility is periodized very much like an SSC
I suppose that if the mobility element is too demanding, you should not be doing that level.
Makes sense... thanks for your input ![]()
Sorry - I just realized that this was covered at the bottom of the "Integrated Mobility" chapter ![]()
Sorry if this a dumb question.
Do not follow a programming template for integrated mobility. As integrated mobility is to be performed as recovery in between working sets, simply perform the same number of mobility sets as you performed for the working sets using the relevant master template.
So, take for example, Swivel Hips (sPL/PE1>iM), which are prescribed at 5 repetitions after each work set. Does this mean:
A) Do 3 sets of 1 rep in first week in accordance with the "5-Rep" mastery template
or B) do 1 set of 5 reps after every work set, which will increase as the weeks go on.
Do one set of five reps after every work set.

I was following the strength template ![]()
so we should follow the prescribed iM as it is disclosed in the progression time? 30sec lat stretch = 30sec lat stretch not 6sec lat stretch?

Correct. Mobility exercises are always the same volume per set. Only strength is scaled.
