- The Foundation series only addresses the fundamentals. The handstand series only addresses handstands. The Rings series only addresses ring strength. The Movement series only addresses bipedal, support and suspended movement; specfically locomotion, explosion, absorption and repulsion.
- Training programs are provided which integrate these various components into a weekly schedule.
- There are 'points of entry' provided in the various series. For example, I do not recomend beginning muscle up training from the Ring Series until rope climbs from F4 have been mastered.
- Possibly the WODs could then be provided for those who would like to train utilizing a complex GST template rather than focusing on a specific series or two.
