Ian Legrow Posted September 8, 2012 Share Posted September 8, 2012 Hello!YEsterday i was reading the gymnastic book and thought about something. There are some exercises in the book that are listed very infrequently in the WODS. My question is, i feel that training things some of the Ring Pushup variations, or single bar dips, or things like that will not merit me very quick progress if i just do them once they are listed in the WOD. So how whould i train them while still doing the WODS? Or am i wrong in thinking that i wuold not proress fast if i did jsut the WODs and no other training for FBE's.Thank you!
