Wall handstand.

I just started practicing handstands again after a long break. At best I could hold the free handstand for like 10 seconds, but now it seems totally lost. That's why I started with walls. The problem is, as I come of the wall to balance on my own, even I come off just slightly, I immediately start to fall backward. Any tips? Maybe my body isn't straigth enough...

Thanks in advance!

Try putting your hands on the ground in what I guess would best be called a "tiger" grip, or something similar--Basically, instead of having your whole hand flat against the ground, bend each of your fingers so that only the pad/fingertip are touching the ground. This will feel more like "gripping" the ground, and give you more strength through your fingers which you can apply to keeping your body aligned. Also, keeping the abs tight and the legs squeezed together can help eliminate any extra movement that could throw you off balance.
