JoeS
Ok, I've mastered the straddle (slight bent-arm) press hs with my back on the wall. I can do several reps without any problem, so the arm/core strength is definitely there. What's the best way to take this move away from the wall? kick to hs and do negatives?elevate the feet and try to press?pike press with a tuck?I don't want to use a spotter. Thanks ! Blairbob
#1 and 2. Add press to straddle stand from straddle L and vice versa.

Blairbob
I've done that with little scooter boards before. As well we would practice seal position, drag toes by piking hips toward HS. Generally done with the hands on floor and body lying on a panel mat.
