Joshua Naterman Posted April 4, 2012 Share Posted April 4, 2012 You can combine pushes and pulls however you want, play with what you are thinking for a few weeks and then try pairs in the same plane and see if you think there is even a difference.The hollow can be like a tuck FL on the ground, and can be infinitely open all the way to the point where you are nearly in a handstand position.
