Nic, that's good advice. I won't be able to do that, though, at least not for a while. I'm not yet at the level national/international competition and I will need to improve much more before that will be that beneficial to me. I also wouldn't be able to get that much specialized attention from my sparring partners! lol! Sparring is the last part of the class and the class basically forms two lines (one is stationary and the other shifts) and I usually fight everyone at least once per class night (2x/week). This is good for now, but I will probably begin inviting other top fighters in my club to meet outside of the class to spar. Right now, I simply have no time! Can't wait for Summer :D

Edit:

Oh yes, and by "off-time" you mean rhythmically, right? If you do, I understand. A lot of the jab-like roundhouse kicks I get in (I'm fairly fast) get in because of that slight change in timing and body positioning.
