Woah... that is insane. Do you think that comes from all the olympic lifting? Never really thought it was particularly back heavy... and 168 lbs? Insane.

Olympic Weightlifters might also do high pulls which work the lats too. Their cleans and snatches probably work their lower back and traps heavily in addition to deadlifts and squats which most put in their workouts too.

Bar stability overhead also brings in the lats if you do it properly. This is very noticeable with heavier loads overhead.
