what is the next progression?

hi guys...i'm at the point where i can do 4-5 hspu on the rings (usually i change the progression wheni can do easily 5 reps)...so now when is the day of vertical push and pull i don't think i'm becoming stronger if i maintain the same reps....so the next step is add weigth at my ankles? or there is another variation to use?

for the muscle ups are better the weigthed muscle up at the bar with false grip or weigthed on the rings?

Rings.

On bar it would be good only for pull ups and chin ups. I don't see the rason for bar musucle up with weights. After all it's easier then on rings with perfect technique.

thanks...rhe hspu are freestanding (i post a video some moths ago of my first free hspu)....i starting ring handstand on august 2010....now i can do free hspu...i think the free hs on rings is the best result i had achieved since i started train with rings also if now are only max 12-15 sec of handstand and the rings are not RTO completely, the course of gymnastic that i'm follwing is more an adult course so elements on rings are not part of the lessons...i've learned it following only the hs progression on this site

Oh yeah, sorry. I thought the smiley gave away that I was joking. I'm jealous. I can't even fathom how long it will be before I say "Oh freestanding ring HSPUs are too easy"
