30 minute stretch routine?

I can't share links, but i can tell you what helped me. Passive stretching, dynamic, and active stretching. there are a lot of examples of each of these on youtube and that is where i got all of the things i do.

My passive beginnerish stretching routine was like 10 minutes. It's over on Brandon Oto's AGT programming page under stretching.
