What is your warm up??

I'm curious how you conduct warm up (is it correct expression?... english is very hard for me)

I want to share idea for warm up

especially, beginner's warm up!!!

elite's warm up is very hard for me... So I can't follow them.

my warm up is

60s HS wall

60s reverse plank

50s hollow hold

50s arch hold

50s ring hang

50s under grip deadhang

15s x2 L-sit

15s x2 planche(PL = planche?)

5s x2 front lever

10s x2 german hang

I'm repeat 1~2set... depending on my condition

and I run WOD

how about you?
