So I can't follow them.my warm up is 60s HS wall60s reverse plank50s hollow hold50s arch hold 50s ring hang50s under grip deadhang15s x2 L-sit15s x2 planche(PL = planche?)5s x2 front lever10s x2 german hangI'm repeat 1~2set... depending on my condition and I run WODhow about you?
