1. spotting

Ok despite spotting you can do spotting transitions from BL to maltese spotting o on a pully machine with weights or BL presses to maltese with weights. With those exercises you can increase strength in pushing rings down trough transition.

You could do negatives though: from cross slovely to BL.

Sorry to inform you, but you are not even close to do azarian training. First you need to achieve basic strength at max and solid iron cross. Basic cross is B and azarian is D value, so if you can not hold basic iron cross as seen on video, you are cleary not enough strong to do it.

You can do it on pully and spotted as a part of a strength training but not alone.

It's not the best tutorials but it will get you on the right track. Coach Sommer posted on proper ring swing time ago but you'll have to dig around the search engine for that.

http://drillsandskills.com/skills/Rings/

USA-gymnastics.com also used to have an archived article on basic event swings. Look in their archived magazines on pdf

Simply work more time balancing handstands, especially mastering them on parallel bars first.

For strength, master the basic ring strength.

Support hold and hangs, hitting 10 skin the cats, dips and pullups then working on towards levers and press from L to shoulder and handstand.
