Yaad Mohammad
Looks pretty reasonable to me. Don't forget bent-arm training as well, it helps. Pseudo planche push ups specifically.Bent full planche pushups? I can do them.
Joshua Naterman
Whatever you can do, work into a reasonable training matrix.

Kim Jongseong
Hi I just read the whole topics. So you're saying u wanna have full planche in 3 months.I think It's impossible. I've also been training the planche since february. I can hold straddle planche for 10 seconds on parrallets. I don't think i can have the planche in a year. What i'm saying is you're underestimating how hard it is. You can't even do a bower. I'd progress slowly rather than overtrain.

Yaad Mohammad
Hey rago, what new with your planche ?? Well, apparently I can't live with a routine. I keep on training on my rest days out of boredom and mess up my straddle days. So I've gone back to my old method that worked, train when bored. I haven't tested my straddle yet, gonna do it soon... I hope.
