My gym is in my garage and runs about 105 degrees during a typical workout. I broke my arm real bad, and had surgery less than a year ago.Current side profile after approx, 2 months of mainly bodyweight program. Looking at pictures of yourselfis far different than looking in a mirror. My goal is to lose 30 lbs from my current weight. Blairbob Posted August 15, 2008 Share Posted August 15, 2008 Your ring setup is a lot like mine, as they hang 2 to 3 feet only. Enough so I can sit in an L on the ground and hold the rings with straight arm or clear through the top bar as I do L pull to invert to back lever and back ( modified 360 pull ).
