Okay, so i have my workout plan all set and I am going to be doing it for the next twelve weeks. Something I did though surprised me. FOr my pull exersice I was doing a german hang, but i did the german hang for 60s with great form. Does that mean that I move onto the back lever tuck? And could I practioce my frog stance now, or am i still to beginner?

I think the requirements for the BL are either 3x30s German Hang or 3x60s German Hang. Good job :)
