Ian Legrow Posted May 12, 2011 Share Posted May 12, 2011 Okay, so i have my workout plan all set and I am going to be doing it for the next twelve weeks. Something I did though surprised me. FOr my pull exersice I was doing a german hang, but i did the german hang for 60s with great form. Does that mean that I move onto the back lever tuck?
