Ian Legrow Posted May 3, 2011 Share Posted May 3, 2011 AS some of you know, when i started gymnastics i did not have the book. Someone was kind enought o give me one so i have one now. However without the book, i did not practice l-sits with p-bars. I spent every day for about a week perfecting my form. My tricept strength was already relitivly high becasue i was a body builder before this. So now i can do an l-sit anywhere form 10-25 seconds. I skipped all the prerequisit training for l-sits, but i can do all of them becasue i haev tried. My question: should i still incorperate the prerequisits in some of my workouts, or since i have surpassed them should i just look forwrad?
