Newguy Posted March 25, 2011 Share Posted March 25, 2011 Okay so I was able to do my SSC yesterday, but unfortunately I was not able to do the WOD. So I am wondering if it would be a good idea. Or in any way beneficial for me to do yesterdays, and today's WOD in the same day. I think I have a high enough work capacity to do one in an hour or so (Its 2 PM Here) And one at night.
