Pedro Otero
At the AAI site they say it's for elementary and pre-school, but would they be acceptable for home use by a single adult?http://www.americanathletic.com/gymnast ... 00-pb.htmlfor sale here:http://www.onlinesports.com/p/100-serie ... 5-116.htmlThey also sell the rails for those; any idea how hard it'd be to rig them into cheapo homemade stands? That'd be ideal, probably... After trying to walk on the metal ones at santa monica beach, I'm thinking it might be worth the extra cost.
Cole Dano
I don't have any experience with those, but they don't look sturdy enough for adults, not at that price anyway.
Blairbob
one of the gyms I was at some years back actually had a spare set at a sister gym so I got them to give me them for my boy's program hence it was the first true PB I was on (the ones at HS barely counted). that said, I think they are rated for 85-100lbs, something like that. I swung a bit on them but it's not reccomendable. For much cheaper, you can build your own.
