Timy7
so figured here would be best to ask.when I do supports, or planches on rings my wrists bend slightly inward, aka knuckles come towards back of wrist.is this ok or should I strive to keep them straight, as in how I do knuckle pushups? Guest
You can't do a proper RTO support with completely straight wrists because your forearms will be in contact with the rings.
Timy7
Thanks man, what I figured but never thought to ask.
Guest
Well I'm not an expert by any means but I seem to remember that it's a no-no to get any additional support from the rings by leaning into them (which will happen with straight wrists in RTO support). It can be hard to prevent 'overflexing' your wrists though, initially.
