In some WODs where it has 15s XR Support hold... how can we make it harder its getting rediculously easy for me now... Should I start pulling out to a cross and hold at a certain angle I can hold for 15s?

Recommendations from Coach or anyone.

Thanks!

In some of the WODs, Coach replaced the support hold with both XR l-sits and XR handstands. Was he giving us a hint that these were the harder substitutions? Or were they just aberrations?

XR L-sits and XR HS would be suitable progressions if a 15sec XR support does nothing for you.

I would not start working on lowering to a cross until you can hold a suitable XR Handstand with elbows lock and rto at a minimum.

Yes, RTO is always the goal for any of these progressions.
