Epimetheus
hey coach a few weeks back when i first started doing the tuck planche part of the progression, I damaged my wrist doing the hold no my living room floor. after that I switched to doing them only on pushup bars, and now thats its been a few weeks my wrist is basically back to normal again, but when i was arm wrestling my dad i felt some of the pain come back. I was wondering if you had any good drills for healing this sort of thing (which i presume has happened before?). Thanks.
