learningtofly Posted July 13, 2011 Share Posted July 13, 2011 Ooops. I felt easy with MSH hands forward but no way can I lift myself with hands backwards too... Have to work on that for sure. Sideway is a bit harder, but not that much. Seems there is an exponential increase in difficulty while approaching 100% backwards.Or I'm exponentialy too weak in this area...
