I'd say so, I like to do my MSH with hands backwards and now train L sit with hands backwards too. If you are strong enough you may as well play around with it.

Ooops.

I felt easy with MSH hands forward but no way can I lift myself with hands backwards too...

Have to work on that for sure.

Sideway is a bit harder, but not that much. Seems there is an exponential increase in difficulty while approaching 100% backwards.

Or I'm exponentialy too weak in this area...

would a good approach be slightly angle-ing the hand backwards each time? atm i can hold it 45 degrees backwards
