Routine Order, and Structure

Quick question for anybody out there whose accomplished things like the cross, fron lever, planch etc.

When grouping workouts, is it best to practice all skills, as frequently as possible, such as on one day i work on my cross, planche, front lever, handstand, one arm chin, and every other skill, every other day,

or

should I work on just a few skills in one day, such as planche lever, skip a day, handstand, cross, skip a day, etc

or

is it better to take a semi-bodybuilder approach, and work similare muscle groups in one day, such as lever one arm pullup, then planche handstand etc

also, for working upper body, towards these goals should i workout every other day, or should i work out every day im not sore in a certain group, then take a day off once sore?

is it best to workout as frequently as possible with a GTG approach, or should i just follow an everyotther day, every skill workout

if anyone has a sample routine that they followed for the lever planche cross, please post it, I know Ido Portal, and tsoonami are pretty advanced, and i think can hold these poses so, please post this and reply, because as of right now, I kind of lack direction

any help is appreciated
