Fady Georgi Posted July 8, 2010 Share Posted July 8, 2010 Hello,I was interested on trying Russian Dips for developing MU transition, however I don't have access to PB just dipping machine attached on a old bench .. so I was wondering if it's possible to develop Russian Dips on it by trying to lean backward while dipping (actually I find placing my legs forward close to tucked/L-sit helps in that) ..Thanks if anyone could advice ..
