Hello, I am new to GST.

After listening to a podcast featuring Coach Sommer, I have come to realize and accept that I must do a complete reset of my body.

I have created a workout list with the 7m warmup+ daily limber+ all the restore serie + calf, wrist, knee sequences, etc.+ the beginner mobility routine (All the basic mobility follow along I could find to try to check every boxes.) I also added the block 1 of the gymnastics fundamentals.

I have a lot of free time on my hand and was wondering if it was safe to do all these every day, say 5 days a week and if it is enough for the first 6 month. (Coach said that mobility is the most important at first so I really want to do this properly)

Thank you for your time.

Thank you.

I will follow your recommendation and post back here in a bit. Would you recommend adding one of the flexibility routine already or should I focus on rehabilitating my body first with all the restore series?

Thank you for taking the time to answer.

It depends on how important are your range of motion restrictions.
