Good Gym in montreal?

i have been searching for a good gym for a while in Montreal/Laval area. Anyone knows a good gym where i can do this program? 

if the gym stall bars and parallel bars that would be great 

noticed no one has yet to respond.

A lot of gymnastics clubs have open gym on Friday nights. Everything you need.

 

I like going to gym Ibik in Ile bizard. havent gone since the pandemic started.
