Does prescribed mobility go before or after strength training?

For example while training legs should the 'Knee series' be performed before the strength bit or after? I currently do it after, so it wont impede my strength. Also because many times there is longer holds time on the stretches, which is usually not recommended before working out. SO what are you supposed to do?

hI Roberto, it can be used as a warmup is you perform the position in a rotational sequence and dynamically. The series per se after the workout or in separate days.
