Catherine Wye
I decided to start from introduction 1 as while I'm reasonably fit from other disciples, I've never done gymnastics and am aware of some mobility issues and strength imbalances. In the beginning its quite slow although I'm imagining that's by design (tendons and joints not being outstripped by muscle development, literal rewiring of the nervous system that occurs with postural changes) My question is: As the introduction modules follow will all of my deficits get addressed or for example - say I have limited thoracic mobility am I supposed to keep revisiting the relevant video. I don't mind taking things slowly but I am confused if I'm supposed to follow the weekly schedule and all will be taken care of in due time or am I expected to take some initiative. cheers Edited May 15, 2021 by Catherine Wye

Once the introduction is finished i suggest holding the work for the weak points.
Catherine Wye
"Holding the work for the weak points" meaning I should revisit the relevant videos or "Holding the work for the weak points" meaning I should just follow the schedule and the mobility issues will get resolved on their own as I progress through the modules? Alessandro Mainente
As you progress you will notice that there is something (maybe one exercise) where you tend to make progress a bit slow compared to other exercises. Holding some work for what you have already done (like for example the intro work) can be a good idea.
