For general athletes who are not gymnasts, what are the benefits in mastering straight-arm press HS variations?

Hi Alex, press to handstand shows:

- perfect posterior chain mobility (balancing the bad posture of daily work);

- perfect straddle mobility (improving the hips abduction both passively and actively, fundamental for walking and running properly);

- is stimulates the lower and middle traps plus serratus anterior which are in the 99% of the adults completely untrained and basically the reason for a good % of shoulder and scapulae dysfunctions.

Thank you Alessandro! This is perfect!
