Hello,

I am looking for information on each of the excercises in the foundation series. Is there an explanation of each of the excercises somewhere stating what is being strengthened, stretched , and the benefits.

I recently received an email from gymnastic bodies which explained that the stiff leg windmill is good to strengthen rotator cuff, I would have never if guessed this and found it very interesting. Is there similar information for the other exercises?

 Thanks

Hi Craig, probably the best thing to say is that GB basically teaches movements, strength, and conditioning. Adding additional information from functional anatomy could be potentially an infinite work. My suggestion is to study a bit of anatomy on your own...later you can easily understand a lot of focus.
