Foundation mobility as daily Limber

Hello there,

I was wondering if I could use the mobility exercises from the foundation series at the level I am working on at the moment when I am doing upper, lower or core foundation as a daily Limber routine?

So only those mobility exercises as daily Limber routine for 2 or 3 rounds. Or are those mobility exercises only designed to do with the strength exercises only? 

My idea was to work on my mobility daily and a wake up routine as one.

Hey Alex, some of them have a higher impact on connective tissues. For additional work maybe the restored series or stretching series are more suitable.
