Michael Angelini
Hi GST I have lower back issues and my doctor recommended I stop doing exercises that involve bending forward and twisting at the same time until my issues subside. I am currently doing the foundations training (core strength exercises) and was wondering if there is a substitute exercise for the stiff leg windmills? Many thanks in advance! Hey MIchael you cannot bend and twist, can you still bend only?
Michael Angelini
Yes, although I just need to be really careful when bending to keep my lower back straight and not curved and bend from the hips Edited January 24, 2021 by Michael Angelini
