Garry Barker Posted December 8, 2020 Share Posted December 8, 2020 Hi everyone I made the hard decision to take a year off to recovery my tendinitis (both elbows and one wrist) my year off has ended up turning into over 2 years. For some reason my elbows seem to be so weak now (even after long rehab) and will go with over use but i just want to get back into GB training again. I have reset all my courses and am going to take things so slowly and hope they hold out. Just wondered if the coaches had any advice.
