Just wondering if I could add some additional strength training to my program without compromising mobility or results in gst adding in 4 to 5 total sets per week of deadlifts at around 5 to 6 reps (so intensity would be high). Is this possible? Kind Regards, Adam Hi Adam, yes you can. I suggest in the late part of the week due to the enormous neural stress on of the deadlift.
