Daily Limber

Hello all day 3 newbie here. My first workout today was the daily limber and my question is is that as long as I'm supposed to hold these stretches? I've stretched and worked out in the past and a couple of these I've seen in yoga that I do and to me it seems that they should be timed for a longer hold but then again I am a newbie at this.

Hi Kirk, since the primary goal of this routine is to loosen your body the time in a position can be held for 5-10''.
