Is this beneficial as a supplement, or do most of us get this naturally through food?

The only things I currently take are vitamin d3 and regular vitamins.

Well forgot to use search first.  Of course people have asked about supplements before.  Pretty much what I figured most and the best nutrition is gonna be found from the foods you eat.

If your nutrition is good and with a good variety of sources you do not need supplements. I have never taken supplements until now. they make..maybe..maybe...the 4-5 % of the difference level athlete. if you feel the difference is probably 100% of placebo.
