Good Morning,

I just discovered this handy dandy link from a old forum post.  It reveals some back info to why's, dos, and don't that otherwise we might not know.

https://my.gymnasticbodies.com/fundamentals-introduction/

Also it had a link to 3 strength charts, but the link is broken.  Anyone have some copies they can send me?

They're probably not accurate anymore as some of the exercises have changed/been moved around over the years to make the program more efficient. If you look at the levels in foundation (1,2,3,4) that's basically what they were. If you find an old version of Foundation/Handstand somewhere on the interwebz (the original books) they are in there. Probably not of much use now with the online version having all the information.
