Sean Matsuda
Can a muscle have both HIGH LEVERS of Fast twitch and slow twitch at same time? As in you can achieve peak potential in maximal strength movements while also peak potential in endurance? My guess is no but looking for other opinions. If my goal is to achieve strength moves like planche, front lever, one arm pullup etc "Which will require lot's of strength for me being tall and heavy " Will adding 10-12 rep movements at the end of max strength workouts hinder my progress or will it help my max strength goals indirectly? Would those 10-12 rep movements need to be fast concentric repetitions? Like for example 10 reps of fast basic pullups, or 10 reps of fast basic dips etc. Edited July 25, 2020 by Sean Matsuda
